Order Approval and Payment
Once your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your selected payment method will be processed. Orders are typically reviewed and processed within approximately 48 hours.

Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $80 (estimated delivery within 3–5 business days).

Free Pickup (By Request)
Free pickup is not currently available at checkout. If you would like to arrange a pickup in Peterborough, ON (K9H), please contact me before placing your order.

Flat Rate Local Delivery – $5
A flat rate of $5 applies to orders within 15 km of our shipping location in Peterborough, ON. Please proceed to checkout to view available delivery options for your address.

You will receive email notifications when your order is out for local delivery and once it has been delivered.
